If you are in a low-income census tract you may be able to waive the private mortgage insurance requirement (certain restrictions apply).
To qualify, your income must meet the limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Adjustable Rate Mortgages
The flexibility of lower initial interest rates can provide you with lower monthly payments on loans up to $2,500,000 with a TD Bank Adjustable Rate Mortgage. Choose a 1, 3, 5, 7, or 10-year Adjustable Rate Mortgage with an amortization of 30 or 40 years.
